Del Webb communities are known for their remarkable locations, but Celebrate might offer the most important and significant setting of all. You don’t have to be a history buff to appreciate the fact that Civil War battles took place on this very land, a fact commemorated by historic markers on the property.
While paying respectful tribute to a pivotal period in our country’s identity, Celebrate also manages to remain very current in its appeal to today’s active adults age 55 and better. Indeed, some of the amenities serve as reminders of the Civil War period.
Celebrate now showcases a 32,000-square-foot Clubhouse that features an indoor swimming pool and spa, indoor track, state-of-the-art fitness center, ballroom, kitchen, fireside library/lounge, aerobics room, and meeting rooms. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, walking trails, and tennis and bocce courts. The Fountain Gathering Place near the Clubhouse offers a beautiful space to unwind or socialize.
Nine two- and three-bedroom model homes range from 1,269 to 2,919 square feet. This gated (not yet done) community offers a variety of detached single-family homes and attached villa homes. The low-maintenance home designs include guest suites, eating nooks, fireplaces, and lofts.
